This forum is for the discussion of many different gods to start with. Not just yours. Its also the place to talk about spirituality as well. Spirituality does not have to relate to gods at all. Also, Church is a word that points to a christian house of worship, since other gods and religions aside from christians are here, its not a church :)

No because this is not just a forum for discussing God, it is a forum to discus religion and spirituality and sorry but that has very little to do with God, the concept of God just happens to fall into this category, but there are many religions and beliefs that do not recognize God at all.

Spirituality differs from organized religion. A church is a group that have similar beliefs and come together to worship God. It can be anywhere they gather together in order to WORSHIP. Is there any worshipping done inside a PUB? I don't think so! Even here, on ANSWERS we are giving our opinions, not sharing the same values and beliefs to worship God. I don't think a believer would go to a PUB to worship God like one of your answerers!Only to a non-believer would a pub be his best place of worship! But most of us would not go to a pub to worship God.

It is said, when 2 or more are gathered in His NAME, then He is present.... like a lurker who can send whispers. No disrespect. A church would be a gathering of a group that is united in faith, to be uplifted and reaffirm their faith by worship in act and posture. So, being that there are 2000 disagreements, faiths, beliefs, and idiots, here, ...no, it is not.

I'll have to vote for the Pub concept. That would be much more accurate, as clearly many people are not sober when they are participating here.
Besides, a Pub is much more fun!
