Country Code + Phone Number

However you usually have to drop the first digit of the number after the country code I find. In front of the country code you would have a number to call outside of Thailand.

You can just dial 007 (9 baht a min) 008 (7 baht a min) then 1-area code - phone number, or go to CAT and get an international calling card.
