A stone is the same as 14 pounds. So if someone said i am 14 stone they would be 140 pounds!

stones are a type of weight measurement

basically it is England who still uses stones to measure, but as far as I know its only used to measure peoples weight

no love you got this all wrong a stone is a way of weighing something like instead of lbs (pounds). and i thought they used stones in every country? well we use it in the uk :)

A stone is English for a standard of weight, I believe it's 2.2 lbs per stone. So it's 10 stone, it's 22 lbs.
