We are post WW3 but Bush is pushing us more towards it. WW3 will likly between Russia + middle east(minus Israel) against USA and Britian. I don't know about "now" but it's going to happen...
All countries are itching toward nuclear power, why do you think that is? Remember that a country with 500 bombs is not dangerous...a country with one successful bomb ~is~ because of their intent.
