after you're totally bored looks at it as a text file, the current IE & FF show it rather nicely!

An XML file is the same as a text file. This means you can open it in standard Windows programs such as Notepad or Wordpad. For a nice view of an XML file with the ability to collapse parts of the document, try opening it in Internet Explorer. This can be done by loading IE, choosing File >> Open and then just browsing for the file. Hope that helps.

you can open it in notepad, but without an XSL file or another program, it may not make much sense. It is mainly a format to hold data, kinda like a flat file database.
