you sound like a selfish pig. what you don't want to pay child support? it must be nice to have a child and then go and sign a piece of paper to get out of your responsibilities. by the way the mother of this child has to agree to this as well. so i hope she says no, so that you have to pay what you should. you loser!!!

You could probably get help by going to www.divorcenet.com you will need to join, but they have a community board there for each state, and they can list lawyers from your area.

Generally speaking though, the courts frown upon parents giving up their rights unless there is an adoption in the works.

I gave up rights to my daughter, after being tormented by her mother for years. That was 10 years ago and I regret my decision everyday!!!

If you do, you have no say so in anything that deals with the kid(s). BIG mistake, but it sounds as if you dont like the kid(s), so you might aswell go ahead, they'll be better off being with someone who will love them fulltime. YOUR A BUM!!!
