A mosquito fly onto a boy's palm and was sucking his blood. Then the boy saw it and was about to hit it , then the mosquito told something to him which make him not to kill the mosquito. However, why the mosquito still die instantly after their conversation?

i mean the boy wanted to kill it at first, but after that the mosquito told him something which make him change his mind not to kill it. BUT in the end the mosquito still die.

The mosquito said, "Plz don't kill me...it's my birthday today."
So the boy got excited and said "Oh really, Happy Birthday".. After singing the birthday song he clapped for da mosquito and since it was on his palm, da poor thing died!

It's because they can carry diseases without getting the disease themselves. It can happen with people sometimes too. A person can be immune to an illness, but carry it and pass it on to others. Have you ever heard of 'Typhoid Mary'? She was a person who lived years ago, and became immune to typhoid, but carried it and passed it on to a lot of other people.
