What I would tell you is that I was an overweight kid, I still have the horrible streath marks that I was too asamed to show my friends and parents when I was young, I think this was the worst part of being over wheigt. I work out all the time now and the only problem I have is not having a six pack or not being able to be cut, but other than that Im in really good health, Some times I look back when I was younger, before I joined the militrary and they made me only eat three times a day and they made me run thirty minutes before I ate everyother day, and do pushups and situps on the days i didn't run, and I think it would have been so much easier when I was young, and no matter how much you wiegh now it is so much easier being young, this is a proven fact, no matter if your a girl, if your overwheigt, no matter what, the only thing you need is motivation, that is the only thing holding you back nothing else, is you have to get out there and do it,dont ever think for one second you cant, only think that you can, if you ever tell yourself that you cant then you are already defeated, get those thougts out of your head, I wish I could go back to when I was young cause I had it so hard, not having a girlfriend being made fun of, not being able to stick up for myself, bullies, and if I had only tried to workout I would have started enjoying life more, if you ever want to ask me anything about what workouts I do, what I eat anything dont hesitate to ask, and that is anouther thing, I walk up to people somtimes and ask them what they do, what they eat etc, join a gym and meet fit people, or work out with fit friends, also and last thing, I dont know how attractive you are but one thing that motivates me is I know I look better when Im at a lesser wheigt, so put that in the back of your head, if you are able to stick with a plan for a few months, you are hopefully going to be amazed with how you look, this is an amazing undescrible feeling and motivation, i truly hope this helps, if not maybe someone else can but you are taking the right steps, motivation is defently somthing you need, best of luck

20 min is fine...do 20 min for a week or so and then the next week add on 5 more min... slowly build up...don't get discouraged cuz you think you should be doing 30 instead of 20...or do a couple time a day...try different things...and remember to watch what you eat, cuz its not just about he exercise, it is about the food too..
