Judgment Day—What Is It?
HOW do you picture Judgment Day? Many think that one by one, billions of souls will be brought before the throne of God. There, judgment will be passed upon each individual. Some will be rewarded with heavenly bliss, and others will be condemned to eternal torment. However, the Bible paints quite a different picture of this period of time. God’s Word portrays it, not as a terrifying time, but as a time of hope and restoration.
At Revelation 20:11, 12, we read the apostle John’s description of Judgment Day: “I saw a great white throne and the one seated on it. From before him the earth and the heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and scrolls were opened. But another scroll was opened; it is the scroll of life. And the dead were judged out of those things written in the scrolls according to their deeds.” Who is the Judge described here?
This is for you to think.

You left out this part...
Revelation 9:5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
Revelation 11:10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
Revelation 14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Those who have accepted Jesus as their savior have a wonderful experience to look forward to. Those who denyed Jesus and refused His free gift of eternal life while they were alive have an eternal life of pain and suffering that will never end.

The Judge is God as Christ Jesus.... youhave taken out of context and have a misunderstanding...
There are Two "Judgments"..one, for The Saved is to determin the rewards they will receive in Heaven. the other is for those who have rejected God. their fate is sealed and they will be eternaly seperated from God. There is debate among those of The Faith as to what the fulness of the fate of the lost is... but it will not be good.

First of all you have to realize what is the composition of the soul. According to the Bible and to Jesus Christ's sayings, the soul is of energetical nature and alike the light (of course a form of particular light). In our existence on the Earth we are subjects to bad spirits (an other form of energy, but negative one) which fight against our tendency to perfection and approaching to God's light. This spirits permanently build a world (this visible to our eyes), which has the permanent tendency to oppose to God's will. Levitation, power of thought, belong to positive energy, to God' spirit (light). If we are dominated by the negative energy of bad spirits (the vices, the sinns) we "fall down" in this world and get a way of thinking rather materialistic. There are two parallel worlds: this material, we feel with our senses, and the spiritual world that is not visible with our common senses, rather through emotions. Everybody's life is a journey, longer or shorter, ending by death (in fact a passage from this world to the other one) and here appears the judgement. There is an individual judgement and a global one, for the nations (at the end of times). In fact this judgement is not actually a judgement, rather an examination, which everybody passes or not. It depends of the constitution of our soul (bad or good) in the moment of the death. In a some way it's about a matching between the particular soul and the ideal soul that is not alterated by any sinn or vice. And the constitution of the soul depends on the deeds we are making during our life. If sb' soul is dominated by egoism, lack of love, understanding towards our neighbour, vices, laziness, etc, obviously he can't acceeds in this world of purity, God's world. The soul will exist on inferior level submitted to harassment of bad spirits. The common judgement is that of nations, including all people who have lived from the beginning of the world till its end, belonging to a certain nation. Every nation is responsible for it "policy", in concordance or not with Lord's commands. The acts of wars, of opression against another nation are condemned by Lord as well as disobeyance to God's commands.

Day of Judgement is a day in which God "The Lord of the Day of Judgement" reward those who did good deeds in this world and punishment to those who did bad deeds in this world.

Judgment day is a time of terror for those who betrayed Allah (God) and disobeyed Him.
But those who were His obedient slaves, they will be under His Shade and in peace.
Judgment day is the day when we will all be brought to account and we will be asked about what we did and how we spent our life. It is terrifying in a way because we do not know if we are going to be amongst the righteous or wrongdoers!
May Allah (SWT) guide us all!
