First, wrap it up! If she sleeps with you on the first date, how many other guys do you think were there on their first date with her also? Think about that, pretty nasty! Taking ur question at face value test the grounds and if she is willing she'll not fight you.
Be very careful because some girls will do it, because they truly believe that is what you want and in turn they believe that is how they can keep you.
Make sure it is really what you want and make sure you (at times it may be you alone) both can handle the consequences. I look at it like this you bed her she is bedding you. The act you are talking about can not be done alone.

must have chemistry - you can tell - hold her hand, kiss her - you can feel chemistry. touch her - put your arm around her waist if she does the same to you then she's feeling you lean into her when you talk.
