why do you add lactose into sweetened condensed milk ?

I don't think lactose is necessarily added in -- it's already found in milk. Lactose is one of the main enzymes in dairy products. People who are lactose intollerant can't naturally break down lactose on their own.

well go by it first, and i think all u need to do is pour water mix it till its like light and easy flowing like milk!
