yes ,she really doesnt have the right to ruin your relation with your boyfriend ,Talk to her and let her to know that she should mind her business .

Just have a chat with girlfriend. Say look, I know you don't like him, but I need you to respect the fact that I do. I don't like talking about my ex when he's around, and I need you to respect that too. You know I'll do the same for you. We have to have each other's backs okay?

Its natural for friends to feel threatened by someone in your life who becomes more important than them.
Try and get your boyfriend to befriend your friends. Put them at their ease.
If that doesnt work, well, the important thing is that you like him.

your friend may be jealous of him, they may feel insecure about your friendship and need to know that he's your boyfriend and she doesn't have to like him. Just make sure, if this person is a possitive influence to you and you want to continue being friends that you spend time with her as well, sometimes us girls allow our relationships to overcome our independence and we forget that there is life out there besides them!
