Honsetly and sincerely, I would guess that your chances of getting a form of cancer are moderate. Most everyone gets some type of cancer sooner or later and has to fight it. Your diet sounds fairly good, as long as you keep the junk food to just once in a while. Once every other week would be better than once a week. And you HAVE to start exercising! There's simply no way around it! Cardiologists say that one of the greatest contributors to heart disease and heart attack is a sedentary (non-active) lifestyle. That's actually worse than eating junkfood. But personally, I think the greatest concern is the social choice you're about to make. More money will NOT bring more satisfaction and purpose to your life; it will bring less! Chasing more material things than are necessary, just to conform to this world's standards- which are constantly changing- will just leave you with an empty void in your life that can be more painful than any disease. Learn to live a simple life. I'm not saying become a monk or a hermit or something; there's nothing wrong with making a living. But don't let $ consume all your time; keep it in second place. Spend more time with family and friends instead. Set goals for yourself and work on things that wil bring you joy and good memories when you're old.

Diabetes? Most likely not.
You're at a lower risk of heart disease than the average American.
Cancer? It depends on which type of cancer.

About "the society i'm living in is pressuring me to earn more to support a refined lifestyle." It's your fault for feeling pressured. No one can make you do anything you don't want to do. Live your life the way you want to. "Refined" is different than simply being about to survive. Refined makes me think you buy high-end clothes, live in a lavish house/apartment/condo, and eat out often at nice restaurants. This is your own choice, not something other people are telling you to do.

you said you don't exercise, well i got to tell you - thats not good. it really is good for you and you feel better afterwards too. i know i'm running around all the time but then i have a good work out and i feel great. talking on two jobs is going to be stressful. this will give you a way out and to relax. a good exercise will keep you in shape and keep away many illnesses.
also be carefull on the green tea. i love it too but i think too much of it could screw somthing up inside.
red meat is good for you,but not alot. (if your a vegitarian thats fine)
hope this helps.

Pretty good. You're food choices are devoid of nutrients and that causes long term damage.

But, if you're not motivated to change, then that's your choice.

You don't have to listen to 'society' pressuring you into buying expensive things and working 2 jobs. You've got a brain, use it.
