Cut out as much carbs except for veggies,eat high protein,drink alot of water and walk at least a hour everyday.

I'm not normally one for dieting, I try to eat healthy and excercise. I've done weight watchers in the past and although it works its quite slow way to lose weight. I have recenty put on a few pounds and tried a low card diet last week. I lost about 4 or 5 pounds in 4 days. I bought the book: The New High Protein Diet: How to Lose Fat the Quicker, Safer, Easier Way - And Never Go Hungry.
by Charles Clark. My friend did this diet too and lost loads of weight.

Don't eat carbs in the evening, cut out sugar and processed foods, and do 30 mins cardio three times a week. Losing two stone in a month is a bit harsh. You'll have to be pretty severe on yourself calorie-wise. It may well all pile right on again because the weigh-loss wasn't gradual.

low carb diet. i went on this two years ago and lost 7 pounds in the first week. lost two stone after 4 weeks. really hard sticking to around 25 grams of carbs a day though!!!

I tried calloss sida cordifolia and i went from 11 stone to nine in just over 6 weeks but its not the healithest way to do it!! you can buy it on the net and it makes you feel a bit weird when you take it and gives you palpatations (fast heart beat).

turn your music up and dance till you drop get rid of loads of excess weight that way,drink loads of water will stop you feeling hungry as most of the time it is thirst
