My answer would be middle puberty, because you are learning about your body, and you haven't learn how to get it into control yet.

The majority in the 13 to 16 age group, for lads. I for one had them at those ages, by the time I hit 16 , they stopped.

As your age increase the amount of time that you spend in REM sleep decreases and men have wet dreams in REM sleep......Interesting fact....almost all men at one point in their life dream about sexual conact with other men.....this is a proven fact....
SO in fact teens would have more wet dreams then lets say a 40 year old male...

it all depends on how often they jack off because when you start puberty you are less to know when to start so more wet dreams so i qouls say start of puberty
