Carry on a conversation and show that you're enjoying it by smiling all the way through and looking directly at her not all around as if you're bored. This will make her notice you and want to be around you more.
If you want to get the attention of a girl you don't know then just act friendly in general and smile a lot so you can look approachable otherwise she won't want to get to know you.

to get a girls attention u must be yourself.act cool.be relaxed.try to smile and to be happy.she'll love that.be honest with her (girls love that).if she doesn't like u, is her problem not yours.
