Okay you have time to do this. Some of these people want to lose there weight by the holidays that is crazy.
Low carb and working out. If is a lot of work but you have to do this for life and it is very good for you.
Like you can not eat Pizza but you can eat everything that is on top of the pizza. You can not eat white bread but you can eat wheat. No Paste but they have wheat . You can eat all the cheese you want to but there are draw back to the too. eat you Veggies, salads, eggs any style, red meat, fish, butter. What you want to do is to set a range for yourself like I do 60 carbs a day and that is it it is a little hard so if you buy some thing you look at the carbs and add into your day but it has to be within your limits.
Can not have any sugar you can use Splendor you will get use to everything. Most important you need to workout biking swimming weight machines trade mill. Goo luck

Hi there, To lose weight, the best thing is to do cardiovascular exercises like biking, jogging, walking at a fast pace...You are supposed to do them on an empty stomach in the morning or in the evening. The reason why we do it on an empty stomach is bcos u dont hav any food in ur body that it needs fuel to get energy for u to do that exercise.. Then, your body resorts to burning the body fat as a fuel. Do cardio for 40-45 mins 6-7 times a week. But, note this that cardio takes 30% and diet takes 70%. So eat 4-5 small meals a day which contains low carbs, high quality protein ( lean read meat such as chicken breast, nuts ( they hav good fats which make u lose bodyfat and good for general health ), beans, turky, tuna ) and lot of vegetables ( dont eat junk food like french fries or McDonal food or stuff ). By eating smaller meals more frequently the metabolism become fast and it help ur body put in an anabolic state which is good for losing fat. And avoid eating sugary food , sweets and the likes. Try to hav less stress ( just try to think that argument or whatever problem is not gonna kill u that you dont really hav to care much, for example). And try to get restful sleep around 7 hrs a day. SO, that is everything u hav to do. You will see the difference in 2-3 mths if u follow them strictly.

truth be told that alcohol , beer is very fattening and it decreases ur testosterone level resulting in estrogen increase which encourage ur body to gather more and more fat. And Fruits !! when losing fat, avoid fruits bcos they contains sugar and stuff which are fattening. Good luck :)

Dont forget to eat very nutritious breakfast right after the cardio.

Cut back on the bread and sugar. Start a walking program. Use a pedometer and walk at least 7000 steps a day. That sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. You'll be surprised how many steps you take in a days time.
If you do this you will start to lose the weight and will be healthy too.
A toned body and mind should be your goal.

I have managed to lose 3 &1/2 stone in the last year simply by cutting down the size of my food portions. I still eat what i want, just not as much of it. The only thing i changed was my lunch, instead of a sandwich and crisps and chocolate i would have as much fruit as i wanted with yoghurt, you;ll be surprised at how filling it is. You;ll soon train your mind to eat until your satisfied and not until your full!

Check out the library link at www.hufa.org - especially the books about yeast syndromes. The diets in there are the most stringent - and most effective (if you can keep it up for 2-4 weeks).
