I am 11 and 5'3 and 128 pounds. I feel like I am sooooo fat but everyone says Im not. I have been dieting for a week and I pray to God that this fat will go away. Lordy, please help me. I need to lose my lower stomach b/c on my upper stomach you can almost see my ribs. But the extra body weight on my stomach wont go away. And if that stupid advertiser advertises on this he is going to get a piece of my mind.

COOL I am 11 too and I was dieting like a month ago but really just leave it I am serious all that fat will go into growth just exercise normally if you want go to the gym its fun

Okay i'm 12 and im 160 your not fat i just run alot know a bunch of that fat is mucle so do not think your fat!

We are obsessed with dieting. Forget it! Eat healthy and get plenty of exercise. Stop drinking sodas! Eat fresh fruits and veggies. Everything will work out.

dont go on a diet. it could be dangerous at your age.
instead tone your body
20 crunches
20pushups
15crosscrunches per leg
start matial arts or kickboxing
walk/jog 1 mile
jump in place or with a rope for 1min.
this is what i do and i'm older that you and weigh less
