try the airport, i have always been able to get a cab there.usually there are a couple of rent a car places not the big names but they have cars.or you could 1-800-enterprise.- i wish you luck.no airport, check around bus stations,train stations,motels.

I always rent from the airport. If you are near one, all of the rental places are open everyday until 10 or 11pm.

Try any airport in your vicinity. The car rental agencies at airports are open 24/7 (at least at O'Hare). Good luck.
