Oh my god there's a memory,,we used to have them for school dinner,,i didn't really like them tho,,but they might of changed in flavour over the years,,well i am 40,,and pink custard,i used to love pink custard,,anyway thanks for the memories :-)

You buy spam fritters? Take a tin of spam, open it - there is normally a key provided. Make a batter with flour,milk and possibly an egg. Dip the spam slices in the batter and fry. If you have a wok, you don't even need a deep-fryer. Quicker than the walk to the chippy and you can stay in the warm.
