It could be that they are losing their baby teeth. My cat had horrible breath as a kitten (6-7 months) and during a vet visit I asked why and she said was because of the teeth coming out (causing blood). It was true, because once the teeth feel out, he no longer had bad breath.
If your cats eat mainly wet food, then a treat such as Feline Greenies is an herbal treat that also brushes the teeth and massages the gums. My cat loves them. Can be purchased at Petsmart (see link below).
Or, you can purchase some poultry flavor pet toothpaste with the pet toothbrush and try that-it is a lot harder to brush their teeth, but it can be done.

This is probably due to the food they eat. At 7 months, they should be neutered or spayed all ready and can start on an adult cat food (kitten food is higher in protein and tends to make kitty breath worse).
At such a young age, I'm sure it's not the first known problems like dental disease or kidney failure. Other possible causes are parasites, diabetes, bowel disease or oral cancers.
A good sourceto maintain healthy teeth is a treat called C.E.T chews for cats. My dogs love theirs. For cats, they come in several different flavors and can be purchased online or at your vet.
Good luck.

Ask your vet about brushing her teeth. 7 months is pretty young to get her teeth cleaned by a vet, but you can definitely start brushing her teeth. And what kind of food is she eating? I have found that canned foods cause worse breath, my 3 year old kitty eats dry food, and i brush her teeth, and her breath is just normal. You can't smell it unless you put your nose Right IN her mouth.
You can get either a small tooth brush, or a finger tooth brush from a pet store, and they have kitty tooth paste. NEVER use human tooth paste, it is too harsh, and they shouldn't swallow it. It is ideal to brush her teeth every day, but like 3 times a week is good too. And you just have to brush the outer surfaces, you don't have to get the tops and inside like we do.
Other than that, they might have something else wrong, like a rotting tooth that you can't see. If you are worried that it might be something like that, i would ask the vet to look in their mouth and check. Good Luck, i hope their breath smells better soon!

Cats breath always smells fishy and rotten. As they are just 7 months it is unlikely they have dental hygine problems and this is probably just a cat thing you are going to have to get used to.
Try giving them some cat chews from the shop to keep their mouths as clean as possible.

Did you provide this cat cows milk? a similar milk human beings drink? maximum cats are lactose intolerant, which skill they get diarrhea definite, fishy breathe is well-known. yet, if that's smellier than established and also you honostly look now to not be able to face it, he ought to have some form of gum or enamel an infection/sickness. have you ever taken him to the vet yet to get dewormed/checked/vaccinated/neutered?

You can go to your local pet store. PetCo and PetSmart are highly reliable. You can go and find pet breath mints. They are usually in the "treats" aisle

I think it may be what you are feeding them . Give them dry food for a while if they usually eat wet food. Wet food can have an after smell but dry food will clean their teeth

Take them to the vet so they can have their teeth cleaned.
Dry cat food (biscuits) can also help keep their teeth clean
Make sure they have lots of water.
