I am 21 , my weight is 59kg,5'2 height and i want to putt off weight and make good figure,can u help me? how musch should putt off and wht kind excercise is suitable for it/

For our height the weight would be anywhere between 115 and 135. 135 being the absolute max. It all depends on you bone structure. For me I have sort of a medium build so I have to stay between 125 and 130, or else I look VERY sick. If you are built is small stay within 115 and 125. Good luck. Oh here this website helps.

Hi there, for a girl 5 foot 2, 110 lbs to 115 would be ideal weight.. so you might want to lose around 17-20 lbs for now.
To lose weight, the best thing is to do cardiovascular exercises like biking, jogging, walking at a fast pace...You are supposed to do them on an empty stomach in the morning or in the evening. The reason why we do it on an empty stomach is bcos u dont hav any food in ur body that it needs fuel to get energy for u to do that exercise.. Then, your body resorts to burning the body fat as a fuel. Do cardio for 40-45 mins 6-7 times a week. But, note this that cardio takes 30% and diet takes 70%. So eat 4-5 small meals a day which contains low carbs, high quality protein ( lean read meat such as chicken breast, nuts ( they hav good fats which make u lose bodyfat and good for general health ), beans, turky, tuna ) and lot of vegetables ( dont eat junk food like french fries or McDonal food or stuff ). By eating smaller meals more frequently the metabolism become fast and it help ur body put in an anabolic state which is good for losing fat. And avoid eating sugary food , sweets and the likes. Try to hav less stress ( just try to think that argument or whatever problem is not gonna kill u that you dont really hav to care much, for example). And try to get restful sleep around 7 hrs a day. SO, that is everything u hav to do. You will see the difference in 2-3 mths if u follow them strictly.

truth be told that alcohol , beer is very fattening and it decreases ur testosterone level resulting in estrogen increase which encourage ur body to gather more and more fat. And Fruits !! when losing fat, avoid fruits bcos they contains sugar and stuff which are fattening. And you should keep this diet habit even after you hav reached ur goal for well being of urself for the rest of ur life. Good luck :)

How much weight do you want to lose? Physical measurements vary . A general measurement is 36-26-36,however unless you have breast surgery to enlarge or reduce them...
I would go with what your bone structure would allow naturally.
I have seen girls so skinny that if it wasn't for their neck,they would not have a figure and I have seen less than prefect girls who looked pretty good too.
If you want to lose weight,drink lots of water,eat well balanced meals and lose the pounds slowly.
As for exercise: walk as much as possible,use stairs instead of the elevator when possible,body sculpting and toning exercises.
Most important of all-see a Dr. before starting any diet and exercise program to avoid medical problems.
And remember this: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!
