I would agree with everything they said above ... Also I would add that when i was High School we did an experiement where we took a few chuncks of steak and put it down in a class of coke, left it over night until the class the next day, when we came in all the steak was gone , eaten up by the coke. Now imagine what its doing to your stomach and intestines.

its has a lot of sugar which is alot of calories. if you drink a lot of it you could be consuming thousands of calories a day in just pop. I have maybe 1 can a day sometimes not. Diet soda is just as bad it doesn't have the calories but it contains salt which regular pop does not. to much sodium is not good for you either. I drink mostly ice water now. so far i cant find any health risks but i know there have to be some. Just like the air we breath isn't all that great either. its amazing we have survived this long

Regular soda has a ridiculous amount of both salt and sugar, and diet sodas trigger sugar cravings because they taste sweet, in addition to the artificial sweetener with unknown future effects.
