no not apostasy as such, for he fully believed in Christ but he did make a few blunders.

By the definition of apostasy and by the definition of Peter as the Rock, no. He -was- led to change his mind on some central things.

I believe so in his second letter, but I'd have to read and double check. Paul did for sure in the book of Hebrews somewhere between the 10th and 12th chapters I think.
