i have a relative that is a girl which is 12 years old.. & like she is getting a bit fatter and she wants to have a slim body.. what is a good diet for that girl?

To lose weight, the best thing is to do cardiovascular exercises like biking, jogging, walking at a fast pace...She are supposed to do them on an empty stomach in the morning or in the evening. The reason why we do it on an empty stomach is bcos u dont hav any food in the body that it needs fuel to get energy for u to do that exercise.. Then, the body resorts to burning the body fat as a fuel. Do cardio for 40-45 mins 6-7 times a week. But, note this that cardio takes 30% and diet takes 70%. So eat 4-5 small meals a day which contains low carbs, high quality protein ( lean read meat such as chicken breast, nuts ( they hav good fats which make u lose bodyfat and good for general health ), beans, turky, tuna ) and lot of vegetables ( dont eat junk food like french fries or McDonal food or stuff ). By eating smaller meals more frequently the metabolism become fast and it help ur body put in an anabolic state which is good for losing fat. And avoid eating sugary food , sweets and the likes. Try to hav less stress ( just try to think that argument or whatever problem is not gonna kill u that you dont really hav to care much, for example). And try to get restful sleep around 7 hrs a day. SO, that is everything she has to do. She will see the difference in 2-3 mths if u follow them strictly.

And Fruits !! when losing fat, avoid fruits bcos they contains sugar and stuff which are fattening. Good luck :)

3-4 oz of protein a meal depending on past and soon-to-be activity levels, 1/4 cup of starchy veges (potatoes, rice, pasta, peas, grains), 3/4 to 1 cup (or more if she is hungry) of green and leafy veges. Fruit can be substituted for the starchy veges for breakfast. Monounsaturated fat (olive oil is good), to cook in and almonds for snacking.

3 snacks a day - in between meals - same as above, but about 1/3 the size. Tuna, 1/2 apple and almonds is a good one.

A 12 year old girl is going to still have a few years of puberty left when it is normal to go through growth stages. These include periods of minor fat build up followed by a stretching/leaning out period. Tell this girl not to worry about minor wieght gains during her adolescent years.

The best diet she can go on is to stop watching tv, music videos and movies, or reading magazines that brainwash her into believing she has to look a certain way to be beautiful. She, like every other woman is made unique and beautiful in her own way.

u shudnt diet at ur age even if you r over weight which u are not because it messes up ur hormones and seriuosly effects u later in life. wait until you are 22 untill you diet because then you body can cope. for now just enjoy being young n being able to eat till ur herats content cos when u are like 50 u will not be able to eat what u eat now cos it goes straight to ur hips. hope i helped hunni. x.x.
