Marlon ~
Juan Manuel Marquez will beat Manny, Manny had him down three times in the first round and still only got a draw (which was indeed a gift) He's turning into a selfish glut already, he's fighting Marco Antonio Barrera again for what reason? He clearly dominated him the first time they fought. How come Manny or Freddy never talk about a rematch with Marquez? This past weekend Marquez destroyed Manny's countryman Jaca who is also a left handed fighter from the Philippines, he's sending Manny a message and Manny doesn't want it.
Four years ago Manny would have jumped on a rematch with Marquez before he started making millions, it seems that boy who use to make his money selling cigarettes fell in the some greed machine that so many other boxers have. He fighting just for the money not the honor of the CHAMPIONSHIP.
Thanks for your great question Marlon, I think you too see what direction Manny is going in. Peace.

Manny has great offensive skills, but no defense.
so that means 2 types of fighters.
another fighter who has his power, such as 130 champ Edwin Valero, 21-0, 21 KO's with 20 in the first round. That kid can crack, and he actually used to have a sound defense, now that Valero is a champ at 130, they will push to have him fight Manny in Japan, where Valero is based, though i have heard they want the fight in Macau.
Next, a skilled boxer like Juan Manuel Marquez.
expect for the first round, he had no problems with Manny.
A prime Barrera maybe had a shot, but not now.
Valero and Marquez are the only 2 i see at 126-135.
Manny i think would give Hatton a great fight at 140.
Manny would KO those guys that Mayweather fought at 140, Ndou, Corley, Brusselles and Mitchell.

Manny beat JMM already, the scorers admitt it. And do you think people still want to see a PACMAN vs JMM fight? JMM is way far out of PAC league. And besides, MAB is the title holder, so it is mandatory that Manny fight him first. Common sense.
i think the only one that can bring manny down is his problem with his promoters. He should be careful in making mistakes, like signing two promoters at the same time. Thats just complicated. I think he should settle this first.

currently i dont think anyone in his division can beat him... but i think time will beat him and some new guy will come along and beat him unless hes smart and retires before then... he is also thinking about retiring after he becomes a champ which i read about somewhere..

Well I'm sure his Mother and/or Father did at one time.
It's probably up to his asawa (wife) to handle those duties now.

I saw his fight vs Morales, he's a skilled boxer...
I don't think anyone can beat him in his weight division...
He's also my favorite boxer.
