Do you mean cockatiel? Why would you have to get rid of two if they're just cockatiels. If they're each others companions, it sounds cruel.
Please provide more information.

you don't say which breed of bird you are talking about
age is not the deciding factor
what is the purpose of the bird you are breeding
whichever cockerel best meets the standard of your breeding goal is the one you should let mate your hens
you can still keep the other 2 just separate from the hens

it would depend. if you are breeding opurebred birds, then keep the one who best conforms to the breed standard. If the oldest is still fertile and not too old, keep him especially if the hens are used to him. If one of them is the father to the other 2, then keep him as you don't want related cockerels mating with the hens.
I breed and show poultry, and would tend to keep the older cockerel. Depending on the breed, you may be better off killing and eating the younger ones. Please do not offer them free as gypsies will come and take them and use them as bait for their young fighting cockerels. If your cockerel tries to defend himself against their fighting cock, they will blind him first. The aim is that when training a fighting cockerel, he must nbever be allowed to lose or get damaged as he needs to go into his first fight with the belief that he will win.
Any birds surplus to my own needs are either sold to other breeders or swapped for new bloodlines, or they are killed here quickly and painlessly and I eat them. It is disrespectful to kill them and throw their bodies away and it is cowardly to dump them or give them away to someone who may abuse them.
Good luck with your decision

Dude, if you take away even 1 or 2 they will die by not having the same animal around.

I think the best thing to do in this situation is to find a good home for all three of them.
