It depends what you mean. In stations, one can usually find a parking lot, a small restaurant or café or a small snack machine. then one can find either a ticket booth or ticket machine. The train itself has seats (no, really?), a toilet (many are now chemical in Europe. Don't know in the US of A.) There is often a restaurant wagon in the middle of the train.
