YES, this will install all the divers for the hardware that came with your computer, the ones that come from the manufacture, not Microsoft. and the utilities which would of come preinstalled on your computer.

The best way to format a computer is to boot with a win98 disk "bootdisk.com" then format then remove the disk install you operating system cd and reboot and install

You should use the disk that came with your computer. If that is how they are labeled then they are the ones. They should be numbered so use them in order.
