Everyone is different so it's difficult to say what women look for. I for instance dislike men who are very muscly, I also dislike men who act really laddish or macho. I tend to prefer a sense of humour, intelligence, confidence (but not too much to appear egotistical) and a degree of talent in whatever field...it could be art or writing or music...or even sport, it doesn't matter as long as he has plenty to talk about and teach me. What I think is most important though is that a man (or woman) has manners because without this I will very quickly lose interest. As for being well endowed I think that sometimes that does matter to a woman but there are far more important things to worry about...technique for example.
