Look at the problem in two stages; this really works; 1. get up out your chair and do some excercise, the more strenuous the better but do whatever you like doing. What this does is disperse the endomorphines that build up through tension and stress and allow your mind to calm down and function better; stage two, by all means try relaxation techniques and also talk things through with someone as whatever is causing the problem in the firdt place may have a solution you have not been able to see yet, AND go to a reflexologist or Reiki practitioner for a full and deep relaxation. Also, write this up somewhere as I find it always makes me smile and is a true reflection of the human state; 'WHEN YOU ARE UP TO YOUR A..E IN ALLIGATORS IT IS SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO REMEMBER YOU ORIGINALLY INTENDED TO DRAIN THE SWAMP' Good Luck, been there, coped just, you can do it.

When I want to relax and forget about problems, responsibilities and everything else, I spend time alone. I read, I watch what I want to watch on television (which doens't happen very often!), I get online. I do things that I enjoy and that help take me out of my "real world" just for a while. When I'm finished, I feel rejuvenated. And it makes me feel good that I can still steal that precious time for myself, by myself!

self hypnoses, yoga, meditation and Jacobson's relaxation technique relieve you of mental pressure, stress and anxiety, if they are purely psychogenic.,.IF, you are an Indian, practice yoga it relieves you from all types of stress.,psychosomatic disorders like gastrointestinal disorders, respiratory disorders. if you are unable to practice yoga, you practice Jacobson's relaxation technique.. but the most important thing is to find out the root cause for your stress and that is to be eradicated.
