I have waves in my hair and the way I do it is I take a shower. When I get out of the shower i put gel or grease in my hair and brush my hair . Then you put on a wave cap . Do that for a long time .You should see results in 2 or 3 days. for more info e-mail me at cooltyme45@yahoo.com

Oh - too late for the jump in the sea idea!
If you want the waves to stay put, you'll need to have a perm - ask a hairdresser.

first puy a little bit of gell all throughout your hair for hold then put your hair in 3-5 braids around your head and let it dry naturally then spray a little bit of haispray on the braids for more hold then when you wake up in the moring take out the braids and scrunch it a little with some gel and then spray on a little more hairspray for hold this will look great, trust me, i've done it before hope i helped!

Use shape activator by Alterna great for all curls and waves it retails at £22.75 but will last you about 6month-1 year. Just scrunch it in and go, you can't get quicker than that!

If you have straighteners, use on medium size sections and twist the straighteners as you straighten to give it a wave.
I use GHD or Remington straighteners my hairs quite thick and takes me 10 minutes.
you don't have to be neat with the method, you may have to practice on a few sections.
you can curl your hair as well by twisting the straighteners around your hair as you pull it through the section.
this takes less time and more effective than other methods i have used.

a) use a hair product that curls it after washing your hair and then dry using diffuser on hairdryer.do not brush through!!i seen it on telly havent a clue if it works or not only that it did when the stylist did it.

b) actually if you use hair straighteners and bend the hair as you go through it that should work

When your hair is damp put it up in a messy bun. Keep it in when you go to sleep. In the morning take it out and your hair will be wavy.
