Windows Live Mail Desktop won't start and close itself?

Question

I'm trying Windows Live Mail Deskop and I have installed reinstalled it multiple times. When i start the program, it launches but soon turns off itself after splash screen with a blue circle is shown (for about 5 secs). I googled it but could not find any solution. Checked my flash player, its latest.
