Maybe because it's the kind of like being unconscious, therefore it's just about the only time when don't have to worry about being on time somewhere, what to wear, what to say, what to think, how to act, how to feel, no decisions to be made, no stresses of any kind, just out cold snuggled under your covers...you get to let the world just pass by for a bit while you get some rest...it doesn't go anywhere, it's still there when you wake back up...

Why do some people love sky diving, eating fast food, running marathons, playing poker, betting horses, driving motorbikes?
Seriously, you could ask that question about almost any human practice. Everyone is different. Some people love to sleep, some people love to shop, some people love to eat food that is so spicy it makes their eyes water. To each their own.

I like it, coz i don't have suffer the continual nonsense that is in my brain.
