I have a 26 " LG LCD HDTV with a XBOX 360 with the new HD DVD drive, which system would be best for me.

They are both bad systems. Just say NO! to HTIB (home theaters in a box). Music sounds awful and movies only sound descent some of the time. Buy an entry level receiver, dvd, and speaker package.

They are both crap... try investing in Bose system. Save up a lil longer but go in for Bose, which is gonna last you and not burn a big hole into you pocket. Try the following.
