My father hits me and my bro (not hard, but not playfully), he swears at me when I do something stupid, he twirls his dick when we're (me an my bro) are in the room doing work, he smokes at home when our relatives aren't home. The other physical abuse is that years ago he would put his fat 200-300 lb body on each of us, who are half his weight, to the point where we would almost choke. Should I talk to a police officer for more help? What are the legal reprocussions? (fine, possibly a court order would be nice) Please reply, I had enough of the abuse.

Child and sexual abuse. Yes, you should immediately speak to a police officer. I don't know where in the world you are so cannot offer telephone numbers, except that if you are in the UK call the operator and ask to be connected to ChildLine

Yes....what you are experiencing is abuse...there is help out there for you...I don't know where you live so I can't give you numbers but you can speak to a teacher that you trust at school, you can go to the police and speak to them, there should also be a Childrens Services organization where you live and you could call them as well.....Don't wait....speak to an adult in a position of authority today....you and your brother should not have to live like this....they will tell you what will happen as a result...but whatever it is, it can't be worse then what you are going through now...good luck and my prayers are with you....

i'm sorry to hear you are going threw so much depending on the ages of you and your brother your father could go to jail and you and your brother could end up in children's protective service call your local social service in your town and ask questions but remain anonymous until you know the outcome, your father has some type of mental illness he should seek help.

911 would be a good start. Get the fat bastard arrested and thrown in the slammer for abuse, endangerment, attempted murder, etc..
