Aloe vera cactus is easy to grow, just keep it from freezing, you can grow it as an indoor plant and grab off a stalk whenever you need or want to.

Try a herbalist or a homeopath. Some specialist high street outlets might have these. I have seen things like Fructus Lycilli berries and Gingko nuts being sold in Chinatown in London. They *might* have fresh Aloe Vera there.
Besides, Aloe Vera comes from a plant that looks somewhat cactus-like.
I think that you can also find fresh Aloe Vera from some plant shops, but I cannot be sure.
