Jeremiah talks about a tree that we cut down and decorate

Christmas would not be mentioned in the Bible anywhere because it was a holiday started by the Catholic Church to mark the occassion of Christ's birth......and conveniently co-opt the pagan beliefs in winter of the "rebirth of the sun" (Solstice). It was the only way, besides simply killing them, that the Catholics could bring the pagans into the Christian fold.
Neither Jeremiah nor Revelation will tell you anything of the birth of Christ. You have to look at the gospels for that.

Well, some feel that at Jeremiah 10:2-4, God is describing the making of a Christmas tree but in reality it was in reference to making an idol.

I'm not sure about Revelation.

Christmas is not mentioned anywhere in the BIBLe, But there is verses talking about Cutting a Tree & bringing it into house & decorate it, I don't have that verse in front of me right now, But I do have it in my files, The Catholic Church brought up this Chritmas thing on Dec. 25th. Christ was born around The last part of September To maybe the first week of october. And the verse about cutting a tree is not in Revelation but the Old testament.

There is the Jeremiah thing about the tree which I think is quite a stretch to fit in with Christmas.

But Revelations is another thing! In chapter 12 we have the Christmas story told from a whole different perspective with dragons and such! This scene portrays the earthly conflicts between the people of God (the woman) and the power of evil (the dragon). It the Christmas story from heavens perspective and we already know the child of the woman is going to grow up and kill the dragon, but John tells the story well, with a number of surprising twists. But I have yet to see this scene on a Christmas card!

Revelation 12
The Woman, Her Son, and the Dragon
1-2A great Sign appeared in Heaven: a Woman dressed all in sunlight, standing on the moon, and crowned with Twelve Stars. She was giving birth to a Child and cried out in the pain of childbirth.
3-4And then another Sign alongside the first: a huge and fiery Dragon! It had seven heads and ten horns, a crown on each of the seven heads. With one flick of its tail it knocked a third of the Stars from the sky and dumped them on earth. The Dragon crouched before the Woman in childbirth, poised to eat up the Child when it came.

5-6The Woman gave birth to a Son who will shepherd all nations with an iron rod. Her Son was seized and placed safely before God on his Throne. The Woman herself escaped to the desert to a place of safety prepared by God, all comforts provided her for 1,260 days.

There is no record, either in Scripture or in history, of the early Church celebrating the birth of the Messiah.
