I'm not a native speaker of English. I have tried my best to speak English naturally with correct pronunciation and accent, but the result is terrible! I intend to take part in IELTS or TOEFL so I really worry about my speaking test. Any advice for me, please ? Thanks advance!

Just speak English, especially with your English-speaking girlfriend. If you don't have an English-speaking girlfriend, the third option is to visit England for six months.
