I have checked every supermarket and convenience store for spinach pasta. no one sells it anymore. Why is that?

Because of the e-coli scare factor.

It's in the health food stores now.. I just bought some a few weeks ago. I got spinach pita bread in my fridge now and spinach macaroni in the cupboard. Overwaitea a regular supermarket sells it too but they got regular stuff mixed with it! You probably don't have an Overwaitea near you but there probably is a Healthfood store around not far from where you are where you can get spinach pita bread.. let your fingers to the walking call the healthfood stores and ask them. Some if they don't have it in stock will special order it for you! That's if you buy enough to make it worth their while!

Green pasta (spinach pasta) doesnt offer any benefits of spinach. The spinach makes the pasta green. People have become aware of this and generally wont spend the extra $ for it

Look in the fresh pasta section (it would be refrigerated by the grated cheese).

I have an upscale ("yuppie") grocery store in my area that sells it. I've also seen in sold in organic markets too.
