My friends get mad at me because I eat eat and eat, but i just love food and i put on no weight. and i mean, im not a skinny girl and im not fat neither. Im 5'6" and 147 lbs. I have been like this for like 4 years now. Is there anything wrong with me?? I think im very healthy!

The only excersise I do, is i do the elliptical machine like once a week for an hour. nothing else!! :)

i am 5'6" and 147 lbs and I think im very healthy, i think. Also, I am in the Army lol. weird right?? i dont exercise that much, but i do eat eat and eat!!

If u exercise and eat more healthy u will realize how much weight that shouldnt be on u.Itt doesnt mean yer fat or anything,It just means u can be at healthier body weight.I love food too ,i have a difficult time putting it down.I used to be able to eat watever i want and weigh like 120lbs,but now its starting to catch up to mee,and its goin to do the same to you.Youll gradually start putting on weight,and then realize yer gettin fat.And yer goin to be so mad at yer self and regret all the eating u did.I regret it too thats y im starting to diet and exercise .On a diet u can still eat alot u just need to eat larger portions of healthier food,not junk food.But it still doesnt mean u can overeat either with healthy food.U can just eat more healthier foood beacuse it has less calories so u neeed to eat more to get the calories u need.And since yer eating more food it will fill u up more unlike unhealthy food u can only eat small portions of.Un healthy food taste good but it will not be worth it in the end.It makes u tired and unalert.THink about and do wat is best for yer body.

It's actually very normal for some to have that quick metabolism, it happens to me too, in fact I've been the same weight for about 3 or 4 years now. I got concerned too until I checked out the matter on webmd.com it gave me all the information I needed and can answer your questions completely.

You have a fast motabolism. Just watch yourself because when you get older, it slows. And dont eat TOO unhealthy because even if your not fat doesnt mean you cant clog an artery

Oh erotikos, her weight is fine. A little on the heavy side of normal, but not overweight.

Just because you're not fat or overweight doesnt exactly mean your healthy. The kind of food your eating isn't exactly a good source of anything so if I were you start eating healthier.

i think the standard weight for a 5'6'' female is less than 147--- just letting u know.

what's incorrect with being skinny? i certainly do no longer think of there is something to be depressed approximately! a large variety of folk desire that they could be that skinny (and that tall) without gaining any weight.

carefull it will catch up on you im 110 and 5'5 and im exactly the same but ive recently started eating heathier so i dont become larger when im older

may be u r burning what u eat.-check ur thyroid function.
probably its ur body condition and u r keep on saturating ur fat cells and one point it`ll start to swell and u become fat then.

it will catch up with you because once you hit your other growth spurt you stomach will burst out it always happens sorry but all you have to do is exercise ok
