This totally depends on the individual.If you brush 3 times a day and always rinse your mouth after every snack/drink then they may be a lot of improvement in your teeth.Use Creast Pro Health mouthwash after breakfast and rinse your mouth for 30seconds.
Brush your teeth for literally 5 minutes.Ocassionally massage your gums with your index finger-this allows more blood to flow around your gums which keep your teeth firm.
Try this and you'll see your teeth may be some shades whiter.

They don't work for everyone. They encourage you to go back for a second try if the first one doesn't work but they will only give you a refund for one kit. You'll have to go by whether or not you have surface stains like coffee and cigarette or deep stains from medicines used and such. I didn't get good results at all.

they do work well and for a long time! I used them like 2 or 3 years ago, and my teeth are just as white as when I stoped using them, just read the thing to see if you're not allergic.

They work fairly well with coffee and tobacco stains. Some people are really sensitive to them and it hurts their gums. They work better than the OTC cups and bleach.

I heard they also take off some of your enamel on your teeth too. Not sure if this would cause your teeth to be more sensitive to hot & cold foods

I used them twice and I can say that they really work.You have to wait about six months to have another treatment, but it worth it.
