My neighbor buys drug over the Internet. She got blister packs of them from Cipla Ltd. and Ind-Swift Ltd. They look real enough. They are supposed to be for cholesterol and blood pressure. Do you think they are for real and safe?

yes they are safe these are reputed drug companies and they have to meet the same stiff standards as American companies cause they sell medicines all over the world.
