If you're in constant pain from the tooth, take 800 mg. of IBprofen (Motrin) every 6-8 hours. Of course, you need to make an appointment with your dentist. If you have a regular dentist that you visit regularly, call them today and leave a message. When they check voicemail in the morning, they'll most likely have a cancellation and may be able to give you that appointment. They may also call you in some antibiotics/pain meds. If you don't have a regular dentist, call the ones in your area and ask to be put on a cancellation list. Also, when you rest/sleep, keep your head elevated above your heart, which means don't lie flat. I hope you feel better soon!!

I personally would use ibuprofen. Along with dulling the pain, it is also an anti-inflammatory which will help with any swelling. A good thing to know too, is that aspirin thins the blood - so if you are planning to go to the dentist, you don't want to be on aspirin if the tooth has to come out. Then it would be more likely that you would bleed and it would be more difficult to stop it.

Both aspirin and ibuprofen are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It also works like analgesics(paracetamol). It relieves inflammation, thus relieving pain. But for you toothache, it is only a temporary relieve of pain so extraction is the best medicine. Toothache means that your tooth have decayed and it irritate the nerve supply to that particular tooth. There is no point keeping it. Get to your nearest dentist and get it extracted.

How about: 4. We are saved by faith alone, but neglect of works does impair our relationship with God. Salvation is through faith that Jesus Christ - God in the flesh - died in our stead. While salvation is through faith alone, our works DO matter. Our relationship with God is a two-way street. We shouldn't just get saved then sit back and do nothing. We should draw closer to God. We should to pray to Him, praise Him, trust Him, and depend on Him. We should witness to non-believers and share the Gospel, and live wholesome lives, setting an example for others. We should strive to be Christ-like. These things aren't necessary for salvation, but our relationship with God will suffer if we don't do them. AND we WILL be judged by our works. Some of us who have served God particularly well will reign alongside Jesus. Others will have responsibilities a couple of rungs down the ladder in God's Government.
