I would recommend Virgin. They are great all around. They do have a premium economy seating area, which is very nice. If you book business/first they will provide free limosine service to and from the airport. I book a lot of people flying between New York and London and Virgin is by far the favorite airline. They have a lot of cool freebies that they give you!

Hey if you can afford it first class of cruse, but for the majority of use just average people its *Economy* KLM or British airways are the best in my book.
