As everyone else has stated, the uniform is called a Gi. However, it is a "specialty" Gi with padded shoulders and is usually called a Judo Gi just to differentiate it from a typical unpadded Karate Gi.
Also, if you are talking about the "skirt" sometimes worn by a Judoka, that is called a Hakama.

The Judoka (student of Judo) wears a UNIFORM called a Gi, it's usually woven together in different thicknesses (in a single or double weave) starting from a 10oz. (heavyweight) blend of cotton up to 14oz. (ultraheavyweight) for competiton standards

From what I have read it's full name is uwagi. (perhaps, it differs because I'm doing ju jitsu?). But usually people call it gi.
