Bearing the name of the village in Normandy where it is reputed to have first been made, Camerabert is one of Europe's best-known French cheeses. Made from whole cow's milk, Camembert has a creamy yellow flesh that is encased in a speckled, floury, moldy-looking crust.

Of all the cheeses in the world - this is my favourite. But my daughter makes me keep it in the garage because it smells so much.
