Install the Windows 98 CD into your CD rom and reboot the computer, then follow the prompts. Be advised though that you'll have to go to driverguide.com to search for drivers for your hardware unless you already have them on CDs. Also, many of the newer programs will not run in Windows 98. Good luck with that.

That's easy. Sell the XP computer and buy a windows 98. Since windows 98 is much older you should get it cheap. Seriously, you need help from an expert.

you could create a separate partition using the abode windows ninety 8 CD. you could installation abode windows ninety 8 on that partition. That way, you would have both operating platforms. i'm purely curious on why you're installation Win98. My advice..do no longer connect with the web using ninety 8.

if you want an older windows interface.. righ-click on the taskbar, then click "properties", after that click on the "start menu" tab, and then click on "classic view". then click "ok".
