hi. my age is 21 n my weight is 58kgs n my height is 5"3.i want to reduce my weight to 50 kgs by 25 december 2006.i m really worried.plz guide me

If you want to lose weight then the best way to do it safely is basically to eat a healthy diet and get regular exercise (3-4 times per week).

Many people use portion control to slim down or even counting calories. I personally cannot be bothered to do this. I just stick with the above and stay a natural healthy shape.

Do not worry at all. Change ur life style. Eat slow and sensibly. Take light exercises including brisk walks. U will attain normal ideal weight in due course without any special effort. No targets. After all u gained weight over years and not days.

beware of fat free or zero trans fats foods as you could be trading fats for huge amounts of sugar or sodium

It took me 3months to lose 10kg. So I think it is kind a rush for you to do so. But remember to exercise and eat properly in order it won't ruin your health.
