no...pictures consists of hundreds and hundreds of pixels+more pixels=better quality..however, when ur incresasing the size of a picture..ur not increasing the number of pixels in a picture, but you are increasing the size of the pixel. so increasing the size of a picture without effecting its quality is not possible.. :)

If it's saved in a lower quality, it's impossible to enlarge it without the pixelation.

nope. If it's a regular pixelated picture, like the ones you'd download from the net or from your camera, then it will lose its quality when you increase the size.
